The European Society for Diseases of the Esophagus (ESDE) annual congress brought together medical professionals, researchers, and experts. The theme of this year’s congress, “Rhapsody in Research,” beautifully set the tone for an event that blended science, creativity, and connection.
The congress opened with an impressive ceremony in the stunning Aula of the University of Amsterdam. We were thrilled to welcome over 430 participants from 36 countries, far exceeding our expectations! Attendees engaged with a rich and diverse scientific program, expertly curated by the organising committee.
With 83 keynote speakers and 176 scientific abstracts, the congress offered a wealth of knowledge, discussion, and inspiration.
We look back with great pride on a successful event and are sincerely grateful for the many positive and enthusiastic responses we received regarding the organisation, hospitality, and program.
